Package # 1      $ 3,000.00

Weekend Event

Two nights stay in our two bedroom/two bath residence. Both bedrooms have queen beds, sheets & towels are provided. Farmhouse Great Room has large kitchen and dining area that can seat up to fourteen (extra table could be brought in from banquet room for additional seating (6 to 8).  The comfortable living space has two sofas, two recliners, DVD player and Direct TV provided for your enjoyment. There is more seating available on front and side porches and a propane fire pit with seating.  A washer and dryer is also available onsite.  Staying onsite allows you to begin your decorating for Saturday’s festivities on Friday after the rehearsal dinner, with accommodations for the night only a few steps away. Awake refreshed and ready to enjoy your special day, maybe enjoy some quiet time with family or order brunch for your bridal party to enjoy as they get hair/makeup done. Options are endless. Take in a beautiful sunrise or sunset during your stay.

This package permits use of the banquet room anytime during your stay.  The banquet room seats up to 136 inside with additional overflow space outside. Included in this package is fifteen white 60” round tables, six white 6’ tables, 150 white chairs, four whiskey barrels, parking attendant and shuttle for arrival of guests on day of ceremony. We have multiple décor items to choose from at no additional charge.

Choice of two items: wooden arch, wooden pergola with vintage doors, hexagon arbor or river birch teepee frame

Check in on Friday at 12:00 noon and check out Sunday by 12:00 noon.

Prior to your contract date, we will provide you with a one hour site visit for prep with vendors or family. This site visit must be scheduled in advance and all vendor requests to come on site must be coordinated through you. Additional time may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

 

Package # 2

A    $2,000.00

B    $2,400.00….. includes overnight stay…. only available for Saturday night with checkout time by 12:00 noon on Sunday.

One Day Event

Use of facility from 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM. Rehearsal, ceremony, reception in banquet room, use of residence for dressing area.

Elopement/Private Ceremony

Use of outdoor covered pavilion with rock fireplace.

This package permits use of space for two hours between the hours of 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Seating provided for maximum of twenty (20) guests.   We will be glad to discuss additional decor items and pricing. Additional time may be purchased at $100.00 per hour.
